Welcome to Raise at Home. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including online learning programs, offline tuition classes, and educational activities for children. By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility
• Services are intended for children under parental or guardian supervision.
• Parents/guardians must register and provide accurate information.
2. Enrollment and Registration
• All enrollments must be completed through our official process.
• Accurate student and parent details must be provided.
• Raise at Home reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
3. Fees and Payments
• Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Fees are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases at our discretion.
• If a program is canceled by Raise at Home, a refund or alternative will be offered.
• Missed classes by students will not be refunded or rescheduled unless pre-approved.
• Student can only take 2 makeup classes in a month in case of any class missed.
5. Class Rules and Conduct
Students must:
• Attend classes regularly and on time
• Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and peers
• Follow instructions and classroom guidelines
• Raise at Home reserves the right to suspend or remove a student for misconduct.
• Class timings will be not be changed once mutually agreed and booked by the parents. In case of special request RAH can accomodate timings if the teacher is available.
• Classes once missed cannot be refunded. Reschedule of classes can be done with prior notice by parents.
6. Online Class Guidelines
• A stable internet connection and device are required.
• Parents should supervise younger children during sessions.
• Recording or sharing class content without permission is prohibited.
7. Offline Classes and Safety
• Parents must ensure timely start of class.
• Raise at Home will take reasonable safety precautions but is not liable for unforeseen incidents beyond control.
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to enrollment.
• The teacher has full right to terminate the classes if the behaviour of the child or guardian is inappropriate and he/she is not safe at the class place. No refunds will be provided in such case.
8. Intellectual Property
• All study materials, content, and curriculum are the property of Raise at Home.
• Materials cannot be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Raise at Home is not liable for:
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Learning outcomes, which depend on student participation
• Any indirect or incidental damages
10. Privacy Policy
• Personal information will be collected and used only for educational and administrative purposes.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
11. Changes to Services or Terms
• Raise at Home reserves the right to modify programs, fees, or schedules.
• Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use implies acceptance.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to services if:
• Terms are violated
• Fees are unpaid
• Behavior is disruptive or inappropriate
• Parents asked for the personal information of teacher without taking permission from RAH
• Parents missbehaved with the teacher in any case without raising issue with RAH. Our Educators are our Pride. We will not tolerate any misbehave with the teacher.
